How far in advance should I book?
We suggest reserving your charter at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks in advance improves availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety remains the priority. If the weather is deemed unsafe by our captain, we can reschedule your charter to the next available date or issue a full refund. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions look doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You may bring your own meals and drinks, but we also provide top-notch catering and can tailor menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are prohibited on board for safety.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to welcome all guests. Accessibility varies between vessels. When booking, please share your needs so we can suggest the most suitable yacht and arrange any required accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure qualify for a full refund. For cancellations 24 to 72 hours prior, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless caused by weather or a mechanical issue on our side.
