Welcome to CopseWayCollective ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and the website at copsewaycollective.sbs (the "Service") operated by CopseWayCollective.
By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Overview
CopseWayCollective offers premium yacht charter experiences, including but not limited to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
All offerings depend on availability and weather. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay the required deposit stated in your booking confirmation
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and we issue written confirmation. We reserve the right to deny service at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters depend on vessel availability and suitable weather. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in £ and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost due at booking
- Balance: Due 48 hours before the charter departs
- Additional charges (if any): Due upon completion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed securely using encrypted systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to:
- Reschedule your charter to the next available date at no extra cost
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In the event of mechanical problems with your assigned vessel, we will attempt to provide a suitable alternative. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers must:
- Follow all crew instructions
- Wear provided safety equipment when required
- Inform about any medical conditions that may affect safety
- Remain in designated areas of the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or weapons
- Pets (unless pre-approved)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate a charter early without refund if conduct jeopardizes safety or disrupts the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injuries resulting from passenger negligence
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive marine insurance covering our vessels and operations. Passengers are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our charter services, you acknowledge that marine activities involve inherent risks and you assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or schedules based on weather, safety, or operational needs. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternative experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Port closures
- Mechanical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
